We use information obtained from your blood type profile to design an individualized wellness program suited to your metabolic needs and your personal goals. All consultations take place in real life settings. One-on-One sessions include home visits, food shopping trips, dining excursions with home and health club training. All sessions are uniquely tailored to your individual needs and requirements. A minimum of four sessions is recommended. |

| 2. Do I have to count calories? |
| You don't have to count calories or measure out portion sizes. Instead, you'll eat satisfying portions of such wholesome foods as lean proteins, colorful veggies, delicious fruits, and for some clients, low-fat dairy products. |

| 3. Do I have to follow a meal plan? |
| The Marcus Method is flexible and easily accommodates individual tastes and needs. You can develop your own menus or plan meals using the information provided. |

| The Marcus Method encourages you to be self-efficient. The consultations are designed to educate and empower you.
